For nearly three decades I've worked inside a single ecosystem: enterprise mobility and data capture, the mobile barcode scanning technology that keeps retail, logistics, and supply chains moving. What makes my perspective unusual is that I've seen it from every angle.


Hardware vendor (Symbol Technologies / Telxon). Software vendor (Wavelink). Systems Integrator (Peacock Bros). And today on the customer side at enterprise scale with Coles Group, accountable owner of 37,000+ devices across 900+ stores, 12 distribution centres, manufacturing plants and customer fulfilment centres.
